It’s been a while since a dedicated combat flight simulator has been released, but Thunder Works look set to correct that situation with the upcoming release of the Jet Thunder: Falklands/Malvinas project. The screenshots look pretty special:

This might be pretty good. I like the idea of some low level Sea-Harrier action over San Carlo.

Looks good, doesn’t it? I like the idea of the Vulcan, too :)

This project has been going for quite a while now and I’ve been looking forward to it for a couple of years.

They have some really good people involved with it that have flight experience in the fast movers and there is a good thread at SimHQ about the flight model where you see someone who has had some DACT experience Mirage V Sea Harrier FRS1.

Keep an eye on it!
