Red Mile Entertainment will be releasing a new combat simulator – Heroes of the Pacific – for the PC, XBox 360 and Playstation 3 next year.

Heroes of the Pacific is the latest benchmark in aerial combat games based around the key battles in the Pacific Theater during WWII. Commencing with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and unfolding in epic detail throughout the battles of Midway, Iwo Jima, Guadalcanal and the Coral Sea, you are the hero whose skill and sheer determination will win or lose the war.

For the first time players will experience the epic scope of the battles, placing hundreds of planes on the screen in a single confrontation.

Features

  • Flight combat game set within all within the WWII’s Pacific Theater
  • Over 150 planes on screen deliver the most epic on-screen multiplayer dogfights to date
  • Over 35 aircraft that are upgradable for over 80 different plane configurations
  • 10 campaigns, with 26 missions taken from real events of the Pacific campaign
  • 6 game modes: Campaign, Instant Action, Single Mission, Historical, Training, Multiplayer
  • Multiplayer Mode: Playable in split-screen, LAN or on the internet for up to eight players on console and PC
